Return & Refund Policy

At Enwan Store, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of receiving your order.

2. Accepted Return Reasons

We accept return requests for all reasons, including:

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you decide you no longer want the product (provided it is in its original condition, original packaging, and unused).

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect.

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.

3. Shipping Costs and Return Fees

  • Completely Free Returns: The customer does not bear any shipping costs for returns.

  • Restocking Fees: There are no additional fees (No Restocking Fees).

4. How to Start a Return?

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp: 0598420144.

  2. The order status will be updated to "Return in Progress" in the store.

  3. We will send you a Return Label via WhatsApp and Email.

  4. Print the Return Label and attach it to the package.

  5. A courier representative will contact you to pick up the shipment.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you immediately.

  • Refund requests are processed and credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Mada, etc.) via the Zid Pay gateway within 5 to 7 business days.
